Re-imagining the Downtown San Diego Skyline.

Designed in the sleek manner of a luxury cruise ship, Park & Broadway is located on a full downtown block. A fault line with a no build area runs diagonally through the site. With a total of 700 units, this three mixed-use buildings, proposed to be built in phases, include a six-story mid-rise structure, and two high-rise towers with commercial uses at the street level elevates the Downtown San Diego experience.

Common area square footage far exceeds requirements, outdoor common space and indoor/outdoor common areas. Private balconies are designed to face the water for residential units.

We utilized the design of the fault line as inspiration to create terraced spaces for residents and non residents to enjoy. Balconies within the buildings face the buzzling fault line, and exterior units are angled for views of the ocean.
